How to sell Valentine's Day.

One night, every table for two in town booked by the same people in the same fortnight. It rewards the venue that puts a menu and a price up first.

Announce in January

The tables go in the first two weeks of February. A set menu with a price, posted in the last week of January, catches the decision before it is made elsewhere.

Two sittings, two prices

An early sitting at a gentler price fills the room twice. Print both on the menu and the booking card so the choice is obvious.

Deposits, gently

A small deposit at booking is normal for the night and protects the second sitting. Say so plainly and nobody minds.

done for you.

Everything this guide describes, run as a managed campaign: the landing page, the ads, the print and the weekly report, for one occasion, measured in covers booked.
