How to market a wedding venue.
Nobody books a wedding from an advert. They book a viewing, so everything you print and post either wins the visit or goes home with the couple afterwards.
The viewing is the sale
Couples visit three or four venues in spring for the year after. The campaign wins the viewing: the room dressed, the date held for seven days, and a person who remembers their names.
The pack they take home
A wedding brochure with the rooms, the menus, the packages and the photographs is what they compare that evening. A price list on its own is compared on price alone.
Real rooms, real food
Photographs of your own room laid for a wedding, your own plates and your own garden. Stock imagery of someone else’s venue is the fastest way to lose a viewing you already had.

Everything this guide describes, run as a managed campaign: the landing page, the ads, the print and the weekly report, for one occasion, measured in covers booked.
